Offers are available on FOB basis (Baltic & Black Sea ports) or CIF to North Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.· Fuel Oil – high‑sulphur (HSFO, 3.5% S) for marine engines and power plants, and low‑sulphur (VLSFO, 0.5% S) compliant with IMO 2020.
